What to expect
Sessions are relaxed and informal. I will ask questions, reflect back and observe you, giving you insight and empowering you to make good choices for yourself. You may have a major breakthrough within the session itself, or often the real change happens between sessions, when an insight or a reflection allows you to make a small change to the way you think or respond or feel about something in your life.
I follow a coaching framework to provide structure to the sessions and we set intensions and desired outcomes for each session as well as on a macro level. Every single session is completely organic - you determine what you would like to focus on at each session.
We do a lot of digging deep - we look at life from the inside out and by gaining this awareness about ourselves, it allows us to behave in such a way that is aligned with who we truly are.
